TD is "Collaborator-in-Chief" of technology services company TechnoVision which advises clients on technology-led innovation and early-stage entrepreneurship in Africa. He has outstanding experience building large-scale, national and region-wide technology-enabled systems projects in the US, Europe, and Africa gained from a variety of executive leadership roles with influential global brands including Ernst & Young, Marks & Spencer, Elf Aquitaine, Sapient and the One Laptop Per Child project.

Business Angel
In August 2012, TD began angel investing in ernest by co-founding Lagos Angel Network (LAN), a network of individuals and organizations who invest in and mentor start-ups based in Lagos, Nigeria. In 2015 he became the founding President of the African Business Angels Network (ABAN), a pan-African non-profit association founded to support the development of early-stage investor networks. He also sits on the boards of the World Business Angels Forum (WBAF) and the Global Business Angels Network (GBAN).

ABAN is an association of independent African angel investing networks and through his role as ABAN president TD works across most major African cities in support of the development of early-stage business angel investment networks and helping to educate local investors.
